Welcome to the Teknique Cares website (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Teknique Cares (“Teknique Cares,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the nonprofit community impact arm of Teknique Group.

By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Site.

If the Site allows you to make donations or other payments:

• Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors under their own terms and privacy policies.
   
• Teknique Cares does not store full payment card details.
   
• By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
   

Donations are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEKNIQUE CARES, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE EXTENT ANY LIABILITY IS FOUND, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED, IN THE AGGREGATE, THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE 6 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US $100).
