CO CEO
Tekoa K. Hash is a visionary leader and connector with over 25 years of experience across entertainment, beauty, and live production. As the founder of Teknique Group, she has produced high-impact experiences and secured more than $50 million in brand partnerships. Her teams’ work has reached over five billion viewers worldwide. Tekoa’s creative leadership, cultural insight, and strategic precision make her a driving force behind Teknique’s mission to build experiences that move people and shape culture.
Yannize Joshua
CO CEO
Yannize Joshua is a seasoned strategist, producer, and dealmaker with a proven track record of driving sponsorships, branded content, and live event revenue. As Managing Partner of The TEKNIQUE Group, she leads three boutique management and production firms under the umbrella that bridges brands, talent, and audiences through high-impact partnerships and experiential storytelling. Yannize co-founded Teknique Productions, an Atlanta-based live event and content studio that develops sponsorship-driven campaigns and marquee experiences for major brands and venues. A native “Queens girl” who splits her time between New York and Atlanta, Yannize brings both creative instinct and commercial acumen to every project, turning brand moments into measurable growth.

Shakara Artis is a creative visionary and best-selling author with over 15 years of experience across beauty, entertainment, publishing, and live production. As Creative Director for The Teknique Group, she leads the vision behind brand storytelling, campaign design, and audience experience. Known for turning ideas into powerful visuals and narratives, Shakara has developed creative for Airbnb, BET, and the National Urban League. Her work bridges strategy and culture, ensuring every project connects with purpose and impact.
Lauren McGee
SENIOR ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
Lauryn McGee is a people-connector and strategic thinker, focusing on brand partnerships and account management with 16+ years of experience working both client and agency side with a keen focus on branding and creative services with diverse rosters of talent & powerhouse brands as well as consulting across the entertainment, restaurant, music, fashion & media industries. She's also a former theater kid, and a lover of useless trivia and 90s R&B.
Marlo Fulmore
BRAND STRATEGY & BUSINSS DEVELOPMENT
Marlo Fulmore is a strategist, coach, and connector with over 20 years of experience across beauty, esthetics, marketing, nonprofits, and leadership development. He is known for turning big ideas into movements and strategy into results. As Brand Strategy Lead for The Teknique Group, Marlo defines the “why” behind every project, aligning vision, voice, and people. His work blends creativity with purpose and helps brands lead with clarity while guiding teams to move with intention. He offers an innovative approach to business from the POV of various real-word experiences.
